SwitchPatented 100% hot aisle containment T-SCIF / Chimney Pod (licensed to Schneider 2017; Vertiv licensed modular patents); proprietary EVO hybrid air-liquid AI design
EquinixAir containment varies by IBX; Equinix supplies/installs most containment, customers pay for brush strips/foam/duct accessories
Centersquare (Evoque + Cyxtera, Brookfield)Offers hot/cold aisle containment, in-row and rear-door cooling to 50 kW air / 125 kW liquid per rack; retrofitting legacy halls into high-density AI aisles (70-150 kW)
NTT Global Data Centers (NTT DATA)Dallas TX4 runs fan-wall cooling with hot aisle containment at 70+ kW/rack; standardized global design mixing retail colo and hyperscale suites
Digital RealtyCabinet colo sold with cold aisle containment as standard; Schneider SCA covers UPS, LV switchgear, power skids (not containment); hyperscale suites to tenant spec
CoreSite (American Tower)SV9 (2024) built with hot aisle containment; interconnection-heavy retail colo with cage/cabinet containment and blanking per customer; older halls air-cooled to 40 kW/cabinet
Iron Mountain Data CentersIMDC modular data halls spec integrated hot and cold aisle containment; record AI/hyperscale leasing pushes denser halls
CyrusOneSustainability report cites hot/cold aisle separation and cold aisle containment, with CFD-guided tenant layouts; CAC-leaning, not HAC-only
FlexentialHillsboro 4 specs hot aisle containment at up to 80+ kW/cabinet; new builds aimed at high-density AI tenants
CologixDAL2 carrier-hotel suite uses hot aisle containment with chilled-water in-row cooling (to 15 kW/cabinet); hyperscale halls to tenant spec
DataBankATL1 mixes concrete-slab hot aisle containment, raised floor and liquid-cooled HPC (water-cooled doors to 100 kW/cabinet)
TierPointAI hall uses DDC S-Series sealed cabinets (50-85 kW) instead of aisle containment, rated cheaper than containment; legacy halls HAC/CAC (inferred)
QTS (Blackstone)Standardized Freedom design with indirect air and pumped refrigerant cooling; hyperscale halls to tenant spec; containment not disclosed (inferred)
365 Data CentersLegacy colo uses cold aisle containment (Philadelphia); new AI sites liquid-to-chip at 50-200+ kW/cabinet; HAC in new builds (inferred)
